We are pleased to announce the booth allocation schedule and special benefits for previous exhibitors and early payment for KIMES 2027.
Please refer to the information below when planning your participation.
Participation Application
Companies wishing to exhibit at KIMES 2027 may submit their online application through the KIMES website from July 1, 2026.
After completing the online application, please print the application form, affix your company seal, and send the signed copy to info@eandex.co.kr. The Secretariat will review applications in the order received and proceed with the contract confirmation and booth allocation process.
1. Booth Allocation
Booth locations for KIMES 2027 will be assigned with priority given to previous exhibitors. Booth allocation will be determined by the Secretariat based on a comprehensive review of the following factors:
- Previous booth location
- Booth size
- Participation history
- Application order
- Product category
- Overall exhibition layout
A. Allocation Period
From September 1, 2026, until all booths are allocated
B. Allocation Priority
- KIMES 2026 exhibitors reserving 6 booths or more
- KIMES 2026 exhibitors reserving 5 booths or fewer
- New exhibitors and companies not previously allocated a booth
2. Discount Benefits (Early Payment & Previous Exhibitors)
A. Early Payment Discount
To encourage early promotion and successful preparation for the exhibition, exhibitors who pay the full booth rental fee in cash by October 31, 2026 will receive:
- USD 200 discount per booth
B. Previous Exhibitor Discount
Companies that participated in KIMES 2026 and/or KIMES BUSAN 2026 will receive:
- USD 100 discount per booth
This discount may be combined with the Early Payment Discount, allowing eligible exhibitors to receive up to USD 300 discount per booth.
