Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Collection

In accordance with Article 50-2 and Article 50-7 of the Information and Communications Network Act, Korea E&X strictly prohibits the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on the web pages operated and managed by Korea E&X. The collection of email addresses from this website using automated programs or other technical devices without prior written consent is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this regulation may result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Unauthorized email collection is a legally punishable act, and Korea E&X will take proactive measures to prevent such activities.
