YSMEDI is a total medical solution company founded by experts in aesthetic medicine and aesthetics, led by a CEO with a background at LG Chem. Since its establishment in 2023, the company has grown rapidly, surpassing KRW 1 billion in annual revenue, and is actively pursuing global market entry, focusing on major Asian countries such as Japan, Indonesia, and China.
YSMEDI’s core product is the fourth-generation peeling solution “Cerafeel (XE-LHA).” Cerafeel combines the patented natural-derived ingredient “Youth P-Sol™” and lactic acid bacteria technology “DactorTec™ KIS” with LHA, offering proprietary technology that strengthens the skin barrier and induces collagen remodeling without irritation. Unlike conventional peeling methods focused on exfoliation, it is differentiated as a new concept peeling solution that replenishes active ingredients from within the skin.
In October 2024, YSMEDI successfully launched Cerafeel in the domestic market through technical collaboration with biotech venture Dr. J Cos. Following the launch, the product was listed on major aesthetic medical information platforms, securing positive evaluations from actual users, and the company has been gradually expanding brand awareness by establishing a stable distribution network.
In overseas markets, YSMEDI is expanding export channels primarily across Asia. Export procedures for the Japanese market are currently underway, while detailed discussions are ongoing with a local partner in Indonesia regarding product introduction. In addition, the company is systematically laying the groundwork for entry into the global K-beauty market by pursuing hygiene approval procedures for entry into the Chinese market.

Cerafeel (XE-LHA) is designed to be low-irritation, with minimal downtime such as pain, swelling, or peeling, allowing patients to return to daily life immediately after treatment. Along with strengthening the skin barrier, it provides various skin improvement effects, including sebum regulation, acne improvement, pore tightening, and reduction of melasma and pigmentation, and is evaluated as a highly versatile solution for both medical professionals and consumers.
Through participation in KIMES 2026, YSMEDI plans to intensively introduce the technological differentiation and clinical strengths of Cerafeel to domestic and international buyers. The main objectives are to actively identify overseas distribution partners and buyers during the exhibition, connect these opportunities to practical export contracts, and diversify export destinations beyond existing markets such as Japan, Indonesia, and China.
In particular, the rapidly growing Southeast Asian aesthetic medical market has been set as the top priority target. Countries such as Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand show strong preference for K-beauty, and due to hot and humid climates, there is clear demand for sebum control, acne care, and pore management. Cerafeel demonstrates high compatibility with these market characteristics, as it enables sebum regulation and pore improvement without irritation.
Following the exhibition, YSMEDI plans to actively pursue export contracts through follow-up meetings with key Southeast Asian buyers. Beyond product supply, the company intends to support stable market entry for local partners by providing technical support such as treatment manual training and clinical data sharing. Through these efforts, YSMEDI aims to strengthen its position in the global aesthetic market as a total medical solution company representing K-beauty.
