Visitors who complete pre-registration by February 19, 2027 will be admitted free of charge.

Visitors who complete pre-registration between February 20 and March 17, 2027 may enter the exhibition after presenting the QR code included in their registration confirmation email or KakaoTalk notification at the registration desk and paying an admission fee of KRW 20,000.

During the exhibition period (March 18-21, 2027), on-site registration only will be available. Visitors may enter after paying an admission fee of KRW 30,000.

That's perfectly fine. No cancellation is required if you are unable to attend.

No. Each visitor must complete an individual pre-registration.

Your QR code is automatically sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you need it to be resent, please contact the Secretariat.

Yes. Online registration is required even if you have a printed invitation.

If you complete online registration in advance, simply visit a kiosk or the staffed registration desk to verify your registration. Then, scan the QR code on your printed invitation to receive your admission badge free of charge and enjoy faster entry.

Military personnel, police officers, and visitors with disabilities are eligible for free admission.

BEAUTY & DERMA SEOUL is a B2B trade exhibition, and admission for minors is generally restricted. However, minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian may enter.

No. Pets are not allowed for the safety and comfort of all visitors. We appreciate your understanding.

Certificates of Attendance are available after the exhibition. Once attendance has been verified, please send your request to info@eandex.co.kr, and we will issue the certificate in the order requests are received.

If you registered through the BEAUTY & DERMA SEOUL website, you can cancel your registration by logging in and going to My Page > Seminar Registration History.

If you registered through a separate application form or link provided by the seminar organizer, please contact the respective organizer directly.

No. Shuttle bus service will not be provided. We recommend using public transportation.

From Samseong Station (Line 2), Exits 5 or 6: Enter through the connected passageway and proceed via Millennium Plaza to Starfield COEX Mall.

From Bongeunsa Station (Line 9), Exit 7: Enter through the connected passageway and proceed via ASEM Plaza to Starfield COEX Mall.

Please use the COEX underground parking lot. Please note that parking is expected to be very crowded during the exhibition period. We recommend using public transportation whenever possible.
